Make reservations early for the season that starts from June to early part of January.
Follow this steps to book your trips:

  • Call or e-mail to reserve your space.
  • Make your initial reservation of 10% payments to our bank account to insure your slot two weeks before the trip.
  • 50% payment will be made a week before the trip.
  • Final payment will be made upon arrival.


When a reservation is made please understand that Chico River Quest is committed to hold a space for you and the possibility to turn others away from that particular trip date. If you decide to cancel it can be difficult for us to rebook and logistics, If you decide to cancel, there will be no cash refunds for the reservation fee. For the rest of the payment you will receive a credit for a future trip. There will be no credits for no shows and cancellations received a day before the trip. You may however substitute another person without penalty.

NON - Performance

We alost always follow through with trip schedules. However we reserve the right to cancel a trip or make trip changes in our plans if necessary due to weather conditions, water fluctuations, peace and order problems or other factors beyond our control Outright cancellation is unlikely but if we are forced to you can choose to a 100% credit for a Chico River Quest Trip at another date or reimbursement of amount actually paid to us. Credits will not be extended to any other costs incurred by the trip member.

Group Rates & Kits / Adventure certificate

If you are planning an adventure for a group of ten or more contact us and we will plan together. We will send you an organizers kit to make it easier for you. As a TRIP ORGANIZER you will get a special package of Ten plus One (get a group of ten and go for free) For a group of twenty or more you get a 10% discount for the group. The discounts do not apply to Special Offers or Clean Up trips that are already discounted. Give your friends, colleagues or staff an adventure trip for a group of six or more and we will put the trip together.

The Chico River is never to be conquered but to be respected and protected.
